In the Perinatal Center state institution of health of the Republic of Mordovia "MRCB" Hospital held a Council on the theme: "PROVIDING high-TECH MEDICAL CARE IN GBUZ RM "MRCB" FOR the 1st HALF of 2019". In the framework of the Hospital Board had announced the results for the last quarter of 2019 and the tasks for the current year.

In the Perinatal Center MRCB high-tech medical care in the profile "obstetrics and gynecology" and "neonatology".

For the first time in 2019 in the Perinatal Center began providing high-tech medical care in gynaecology: Surgical organ preservation and reconstructive treatment of common forms of giant apocalyptically, adjacent pelvic organs and other organs of the abdominal cavity in women with the use of laparoscopic and combined approaches with immunohistochemical examination of tissue removed.

For the 1st half of 2019 high-tech medical aid in the framework of the OMC according to the specialty "obstetrics and gynecology" получили14 people. Surgical intervention was carried out by highly qualified specialists who were trained by the Federal service of the Russian Federation. The operation took place as planned with no complications.

Only in 2019 at the expense of means of obligatory medical insurance on this type of VMP allocated 20 quotas.

In "neonatology" is:

• Multicomponent therapy of respiratory distress syndrome, congenital pneumonia, sepsis of the newborn, severe cerebral pathology of the newborn with the use of hardware methods of substitution or support of vital functions based on the dynamic instrumental monitoring of the main parameters of gas exchange, hemodynamics, and radiation, biochemical, immunological and molecular genetic studies
• Nursing novoruedennyh weighing up to 1500 g, including children with extremely low body mass at birth, with the creation of optimal controlled parameters support of vital functions and safety-educational environment under the control of the dynamic instrumental monitoring of the main parameters of gas exchange, hemodynamics, and radiation, biochemical, immunological and molecular genetic studies.

For the 1st half of 2019 high-tech medical aid in the framework of the OMC in "neonatology" newborn provided 59.

Only in 2019 at the expense of means of obligatory medical insurance under this FMP allocated 100 quota.
