Pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation from 26.11.2018, No. 18-0/10/-9380 and letters of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Mordovia 20.12.2018, No. 05/8247 in the auditorium of the INSTITUTION of the Republic of Mordovia "MRCB" held the Hospital Board about the provisions of the anticorruption legislation and the Civil code of the Russian Federation on the prohibition on the giving of gifts to persons in connection with the performance of official (work) duties (exercise of powers).

To the team of doctors informed that the receipt by officials of gifts is a violation of the prohibition established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, creates conditions for conflict of interest, casts doubt on the objectivity of their decisions, but also entails responsibility under the legislation, up to and including dismissal in connection with loss of trust, and in the case when the gift is regarded as a bribe for criminal liability.
Is to refrain from gratuitous receipt of services, the executed works and property, including temporary use, as the receipt of gifts in the form of any material benefit to the official is prohibited.
