In the framework of the national project "Health" created a Crisis center, whose main purpose is medical and social support for pregnant women in difficult situations, and socio-psychological assistance to women in cases of unwanted pregnancy. Hands-on activities started from November 2011. The office is on the first floor of the institution, the entrance is through the Medical-genetic consultation.

The work of the staff of the Crisis centre for pre-abortion counseling includes:

- identification and counseling of pregnant women planning to terminate the pregnancy;

diagnosis and analysis of problems, encouraging women to decision about abortion;

psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance to women in situation of reproductive choice (let's face it women, her close environment, the activation of internal personal resources to implement their maternal role);

- informing about the negative impact of abortion on physical and mental health, on the possibilities of modern contraception, the holding of specialized courses on the subject, publiKatsia information materials in mass media;

- formation of the population of the Republic of the system of values, focused on responsible parenthood;

- conducting educational activities in organizations, educational institutions of secondary and higher education aimed at fostering a culture of gender relations, the formation and strengthening family values, developing young people stand of position "for the preservation of pregnancy", promoting large families and a healthy lifestyle;

5.07.2019 psychologist of the Crisis center attended a webinar entitled "Legislative framework of the procedure of the medico-socio-psychological helpsoup in a situation of reproductive choice. The history of practical consulting experience", initiated by the Foundation of St. Andrew.

In the period from 9 to 15 July 2019 was held the action "give me life" (a week against abortion), dedicated to the day of family, love and fidelity. In connection with the holding of shares by employees of the Crisis center were planned and implemented following activities:
