August 6 at the press center of the Republic of Moldova, the Minister of health Oleg Markin told the journalists about the course of examination of the population, urged citizens to be responsible for their health and reminded the doctors of their responsibilities.

"Today, the employer must give the employee one paid day off on a weekday to undergo medical examination — so the Minister began his speech. — The main goal is the prevention of disease, detection of early stages of cancer and cardiovascular pathologies. Often in the early stages of the disease are asymptomatic, and it is necessary to pay special attention. I urge all citizens of the Republic to be surveyed. 449 thousand people this year must pass medical examinations, and 50% have passed. We distributed relevant literature, mix up information on the Internet, insurance companies send out SMS messages. In Mordovia there are several information systems to record. Now, create a single portal where will be information about each patient. To reduce queues, we turn to the format of the "lean hospital". If the diagnosis "Oncology", the patient should know about it. In my practice there were cases when this fact is morally pressured person. It is important to present it. It is impossible to say in the forehead: "you Have cancer!" Need gently and to explain the diagnosis. I want to draw attention to pensioners who are often unable to reach the clinic. In some situations I am ashamed of my colleagues. We must, first of all, think about low-mobility groups of the population. Each local therapist has a list of their patients for whom he is responsible. It needs to plan time to fully do the job. Someone needs to invite and for someone to come. Pensioners not mmay not be a disease, they need to be kept in a special account".

The Chairman of society of disabled print 82-year-old Tatiana Kovaleva remembered friend 87-year-old pensioner who can't make it to your clinic №2 on the Svetotekhstrojj, and the doctor refuses to come to her home. The Minister promised to personally deal with this problem.

"A lot of talk about early detection of the disease, but often to make a diagnosis one must undergo several examinations, — said the interviewer. "C". Ultrasound, mammography... And this is done for money." "Yes, there are problems, agreed Markin. — But I'm willing to work on it, ready to answer questions. Today is a purchase of equipment in this direction every effort is made. Due to the restructuring of health of people will be quickly sent to the medical institution where the equipment is. Remember the old days. Before the screening took place for a few days, and now this one. But each person certainly has a right to free medical care".

Concluding the press conference, Oleg Markin, appealed to his colleagues: "I say this not only for people but also for doctors. A formal approach will turn against those who use it!
